Received at Paro airport by Bhutanese PM Tshering Tobgay, Modi will participate in the 70th birthday celebrations of Bhutan’s fourth king, hold talks with King Jigme Khesar Namgyal Wangchuck and PM Tobgay, and inaugurate the 1020 MW Punatsangchhu-II hydroelectric project.
