Security forces in Manipur, along with the Forest Department and other agencies, conducted major anti-drug operations in Ukhrul and Kangpokpi districts. On 13 November, they destroyed nearly 35 acres of poppy cultivation in the Mullam hill range and demolished three huts used by cultivators. Officials said the coordinated actions aim to curb entrenched narcotics networks, with more operations planned.
