PM Modi in Bhutan Calls Delhi Car Blast a ‘Conspiracy’

During his two-day visit to Bhutan, Prime Minister Narendra Modi strongly condemned the deadly car blast outside New Delhi’s Red Fort that claimed the lives of 13 people.
